Please do not. The door is still under spring tension and can swing, twist or fall. It is also easy to bend a track permanently while trying. Keep clear and let a technician secure it.
Will the whole door need replacing?
Not usually. Tracks, rollers, hinges and brackets are replaceable parts. Replacement becomes likely when sections are creased through or the model's hardware is no longer made.
How quickly can someone come out?
